Refund policy

Due to each piece of jewelry being one of a kind and the DNA aspect of the jewelry. Returns are not allowed after 7 days after purchase. If there is something wrong with your jewelry or an issue with your stone please contact me to rectify the situation. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
